Run the UniBeast 1.5.1 from /Applications folder. Skip through the first few screens before selecting the relevant USB drive on the Select a Destination screen. Choose Continue, UniBeast will then look for the Mountain Lion installer file in the /Applications folder and start copying it to the USB drive.
I already have a mac to use, but hypothetically, could you bring 2 flash drives (one for the hackintosh, the other for running things like unibeast) to an Apple store, and do all this stuff there? I think it would be interesting to see if they kick you out.
